Summary of Discussion Points
1. Affected population data is currently based on the DROMIC (Disaster Response
Operations Monitoring and Information Center) Report of the Department of Social
Welfare and Development.
2. Severely affected provinces are concentrated in Regions VI, VII and VIII.
3. Specific situation, response to date and urgent priorities are presented (See WASH Cluster
Update 2_14 Nov 2013).
4. PRC shared an alternative route to Guiuan, Eastern Samar via Surigao del Sur.
5. Consignee must be the DSWD in Cebu, Dead of Donation must be provided to a
designated DSWD officer. Information is available in the Logistics Cluster website.

totally damaged houses as presented in the
