Conserve Water & Keep Our Water Clean.
Don’t let toxic chemicals and trash get into street drains.
Turn off the water while you are brushing your teeth.
Wash dishes in a basin instead of running the water the whole time.
While waiting for water to get cold or warm, catch the running water in a pitcher or pan and use it to
water plants or wash something.
Report drippy faucets and other water leaks so they can be fixed
Only run dishwashers and clothes washers with full loads

you won’t need much extra water or artificial heat. Plants help keep our water clean when their roots
help filter water flowing underground towards rivers
