The aim of constructing the CarSpa car wash building is to create a car wash plant compact and
light enough to be produced in a factory, lifted without a large special equiptment and
transported by a truck. Building consists room for car wash and for equipment-Wastewater
treatment system with oil and sand separators and with Clewer biorector waterrecycling. The car
wash plant needs no groundworks or foundation, so it can be classified as a temporary building.
The CarSpa car wash bulding can be transported to a different location quickly and with
minimum man-power- it means where is demand for service- it makes CarSpa car wash is unique.
CarSpa transportable carwash is registered in Estonian Patent Office.

Car wash building is constructed to be lifted by hydraulic truck crane and transported by truck. It´s
length doesn´t exceed the normal clearance-gauge.
Due to car wash is transportable it is made from steel framework with heated concret floor and
driveway inclined plane made from concret .Wastewater is collected and pumped into Wastewater
treatment system to be recycled.
The way to and from the car wash plant is made of reinforced concrete and equipped with heating
cable, which switch on when the outside temperature is between -5 and + 5 C.
Heating cable prevents pile on of snow and ice.

The washing process can be managed via Internet, which means that in CarSpa there´s no need for a
worker in a car wash building.
