The Puget Sound Chapter of ARMA International is requesting your support for our
annual Chapter auction. The Puget Sound Chapter relies on the annual auction to raise
funds for our educational scholarship program which supports the ongoing learning
activities of Chapter members in financial need. The auction is the Chapter's primary
means of fundraising for this purpose. The Chapter's membership includes more than
65 members from Pierce, Thurston, and Grays Harbor, and includes members
representing both the private and public sectors. Our website can be found at

We invite you to attend the auction which will be held on Wednesday, December 11,
2013, at the La Quinta Inn in Tacoma (1425 East 27 th Street, Tacoma, WA 98421). The
evening will include a presentation on Cloud Computing by Daniel Montopoli of
Vandeberg, Johnson & Gandara, a silent auction, dinner and a live auction.
In addition to your attendance at the event, you can help to support the Chapter by
donating items for the auction. Donation recommendations include gift cards, themed
baskets, and tickets to art or sporting events and are requested to be received by
November 29th.
To thank you for your donation, we will advertise your donation in a flyer given out at the
event, on our website, and in any other marketing materials we produce. This will
include your logo and a link to your website; a great way to promote your business and
acknowledge our appreciation for your donation.
