Finances: doubled income from grants and businesses, almost tripled total income and average donation amount (in comparison to 8/14) b. Possible salary raises and benefits in the future; need to create a financial plan in the future c. One-time donations = 75% (recurring = 25%) → reach out to annual and periodic donors to transition into monthly i. more consistent cash flow throughout the year ii. after 2 years of no donation = lapsed donor 3. Feast of Fermentation a. i. 3rd Annual Feast of Fermentation - November 7th, 2015 possible venue: Avalon b. Goals: raise $8,000 ($6,000 in 2014), increase to 250 attendees (200 in 2014) c. Opportunity for outreach: prospective and existing donors, marketing d. Fewer alcohol vendors, more food vendors; ‘drawing’ and silent auction (prizes: bike, CSA share) e. Other ideas: BFR merchandise (pint glasses), tricycle activity f. Needs: each Board member must obtain three silent auction items (by in-kind donation or purchase); solicitation for food vendors; no extra spending. Rhonda needs to find three donors for auction items. g.
