Job Description Executive Administrative Assistant Position Summary Title Reports to Location Education Experience Supervisory Executive Administrative Assistant President Bentonville, AR Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field 5+ years Executive level experience preferred No direct reports Position Summary The Executive Administrative Assistant directly supports and serves as an extension of the President, providing a broad range of highly responsible administrative services to guide the goals and improve the efficiency of the Executive. This individual performs diverse administrative duties and functions requiring confidentiality, discretion, initiative, discipline and sound decision-making. The position requires excellent organizational and analytical skills and the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities. The ideal Executive Administrative Assistant will be able to think independently and anticipate, rather than merely respond to, the needs of the Executive. The Executive Administrative Assistant must be a great communicator, with the ability to regularly interface with C-level executives with efficiency and professionalism. Through high-quality and highly responsive output, this individual supports the Executive in a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to managing the Executive’s calendar, acting as a gate-keeper when dealing with internal customers, vendors, scheduling meetings and preparing agendas / coordinating logistics, making (and responsively changing) travel arrangements, handling expense reporting, preparing presentations and communications, coordinating responses to information requests, and screening incoming calls, e-mails, and correspondence and responding independently as directed when possible. This individual will also be required to perform special projects, including research, analysis, and special communications. The Executive Administrative Assistant makes the Executive more productive, more focused and more efficient and effective through their actions and activities.
