St. James’ Summer 2015 Youth Missions
Registration Details
Registration for the St. James’ 2015 Summer Youth Mission program opens today, April 19,
2015. Each mission has a limited number of openings, so we invite you to register early!


Registration is open to St. James’ members from April 19 to May 3, 2015.
Beginning on May 4, registration will be opened to the broader community and will
remain open until all missions are filled.
In order to secure your registration, you will need to submit to the Church Office a complete
package as outlined below together with your deposit. Once we have received your package, we
will send you an e-mail confirming your registration.

Welch, WV (July 12 to July 18, 2015)
Cost: $100/youth

2. Signed St. James’ Code of Conduct and Covenant
3. $100 deposit

Beach Towel (July 18 to July 25, 2015)

Note: St. Peter’s by the Sea Episcopal Church (sponsor of the Beach Towel
mission) will have additional forms to complete but they are not yet available.
Heifer Farm Camp (August 2 to August 6, 2015)




Cost: $350/youth + transportation
Cost: $360/youth + transportation

Note: Heifer International will have additional forms to complete; but they are
not yet available.
Note: No one should be prevented from participating for financial reasons;
scholarships are available
What Happens After Registration?
Prior to your mission, the mission leader will schedule an orientation session; your participation
is required. This meeting will give you a better idea of the specifics around your trip, and gives
you an opportunity to:





Meet all of the other mission participants
Learn what to bring, and what to leave at home
Share travel plans
Share the daily schedule
Ask any questions
We will also collect all final outstanding balances at this time.
