April 1, 2013.
Based on the repairs and other charges stated, your paid Security
Deposit of $100.00 has been used to reimburse us for the expenses we
have incurred. On the bottom-right hand section of the report is the
amount that you still have to re-pay us back for additional charges after
deducting your deposit.
Please make your payment within 10 days from the receipt of this notice.
If you cannot make the full payment, please let us know so that we can
make arrangements for you. If you disregard this letter or do not hear
and receive any response from you within 30 days from the date of this
letter, we will be sending your account to the collection agency.
