The sealed bids shall be dropped in the Tender Box placed at FWBL Head Office, Karachi at GF-II Ground Floor (Reception area) situated at S.T.S.M Foundation Building CL-10/20/2, Beaumont Road, Civil Line, Karachi on or before 29 December 2015 Tuesday at 10:00 AM. 2. The sealed Bids shall be opened on the same day i.e. 29 December 2015 Tuesday at 11:30 AM at (Plot No.238-B, Block-2, PECHS Karachi) in the presence of the Tender Committee & bidder(s) or their individual representatives. 3. The interested bidder has to submit a Bank Draft/Pay Order of 5% of the bid amount for each property (as earnest money) in favor of the First Women Bank Limited (FWBL) along with copy of valid CNIC with complete particulars of bidder(s). 4. No bid shall be acceptable after laps of given time as mentioned above. 5. Unsuccessful bidder(s) 5% Earnest Money will be refunded within one month from the date of opening of the bid without any interest / profit/ compensation whatsoever. 6. Successful bidder’s 5% Earnest Money will be adjusted against the bid amount. The amount will stand forfeited in case the successful bidder fails to deposit the bid amount within the stipulated period. 7. The successful bidder will be required to pay 45% of the highest/successful bid amount through pay order in favor of FWBL within one week of the acceptance of the bid failing which the deposited/ earnest money will be forfeited and the properties will either be sold afresh by public auction/tender or the next highest bidder (subject to final decision of higher management of FWBL). 8. The 50% balance of successful bid amount will be paid within one month from the final acceptance of the bid. 9. The successful bidder will bear all expenses taxes/dues/charges of the subject properties including the departmental charges, preparation of Sale Deed/ Conveyance Deed, Stamp duty, registration / transfer fee or any other duty or miscellaneous expenses in respect of transfer of title as applicable as per prevailing law of Government and others authorities. 10. Sale Deed will be executed on actual sale value after full & final payment of the bid amount which shall be received by the Bank. 13. The Bank reserve the right & may accept/sell the property below “Reserve Price” through the Tender subject to confirmation of Bank’s competent authority of the highest offer/price received thereon. 14. The successful bidder will be expected to sign a sale/purchased agreement after the approval of Bank Management/authorities. 15. Possession of the property shall be subject to confirmation of Tender by the Bank’s Management & will be made after full & final payment is received inter alia registration of Sale Deed. 16. The Bank does not undertake any express or implied conditions in terms of the, status, quality, defects, subsisting encumbrances, delivery or non-delivery, value or otherwise fitness of the properties. The Bidder(s) will be solely & fully responsible for satisfying himself/itself in respect of the above. 17. Bids are subject to approval of Bank’s management and Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, at any time as prescribed under PPRA Rules 2004, without assigning any reason whatsoever. 18. The decision of the tender committee will be final (and shall not be challengeable in any court of law). 19. The bidder must be registered with the tax authorities and shall submit Tax Registration certificates. 20. Those bidders who are either black-listed by any authority and/or have any dispute with FWBL may refrain for participating in the bid. Other Instructions: 1.
