Annual Alumni Art Auction: Call for Donations
The 20th Annual Alumni Art Auction will take place February 13, 2016 and it cannot happen without your
work! Please consider donating your artwork, any size and any media, or any art related objects or
services, such as frames, books, T-shirts, design work, or a photo shoot.
Works should be ready for display; framed or matted for 2D pieces, gallery pedestals will be provided for
3D pieces. Please deliver or ship work to arrive by Wednesday, February 10, 2016. We will be installing the
show that evening at 5:00 pm and we will be happy to leave room for later arrivals if you let us know.
Please deliver work to the Art Office, 206 Bloch Hall, University of Montevallo or
to Atchinson Gallery and Village Framers at 2847 Culver Road in Mountain Brook Village.

Please join us on Homecoming Saturday for the Bloch Party reception starting at 4:00 with bidding ending
at 5:30. If you cannot participate in person this year, please consider making a tax-deductible contribution
to the Art Department. For an online donation go to http://www.legacy.montevallo.edu/giving/ and just
note Art Auction in the box labeled restricted to, and for checks make payable to UM Foundation and in
subject line Art Auction, to the above address. Thank you.
