This year’s VCS offers performance opportunities through dancing and singing.
For those who would like to be involved vocally, we encourage you to join one of
our TRBC Choirs. There are no solos for children this year. Adults, please note the
opportunities available.

We understand what a HUGE time commitment the Virginia Christmas Spectacular
production requires. Please carefully consider your conflicts and commitments as you
prepare for your audition. Please list as completely as you can any conflicts you foresee.
This helps us consider when a number or scene can be rehearsed and utilizes everyone’s
time to the fullest.
** Please list (on the attached sheet of paper provided) all possible rehearsal conflict
dates September 16 through December 7. This should include all information regarding
conflicts with days, nights, mornings regarding work, any extra curricular activity dates and
times, (sports activities, practices, games, church activities, family reunions, vacations, etc.)
Please include weekend conflicts as well.
The following dates are the Full Cast rehearsals that will not change. All other rehearsal
schedules for September-November 2nd will be created based off of the conflict schedules you
provide us. We try very hard to accommodate and our cast is decided based off of the
information you provide us.

Unfortunately, we are not able to give you the exact dates and days that we will be rehearsals
other than the dates already listed. This schedule will depend on casting and on individual’s
schedules. We can tell you that we have reserved Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings from
6:30-9:30 PM for rehearsals, as well as Saturday mornings from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM, and
Sundays from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM. Please refer also to the mandatory dates on the previous
page and the attached calendar.
Please List Conflict Dates & Times (Specific days may be listed.) For your convenience we have
attached a calendar. Please use this calendar to list your schedule and conflicts. Until your
conflicts are listed you will not be considered for a role.
