Dear Parents,
Once again, we are holding our Christmas production at St. Andrew’s Church in Chestnut Grove. We will be walking the children to and from the church for both rehearsals and the final production on the following dates:
Monday 7 th December, morning
Wednesday 9 th December, morning
Christmas Rehearsal for Nursery – Year 6
Christmas Dress Rehearsal for Nursery – Year 6
Friday 11 th December, 2pm Christmas Performance for Nursery – Year 6
Parents are of course welcome to attend the performance on Friday 11 th December and may take children home straight from church. If you cannot attend, we will walk the children back to school; after school club will run as usual.
Please could you complete the attached slip and return it to your child’s form teacher by Monday 30 th
November.

I am willing for my child to attend rehearsals and performances at St. Andrew’s Church. I acknowledge the need for obedience and responsible behaviour on their part. I understand that there is some level of risk in every activity but that this visit will be managed to minimise the risks involved.
