ENROLLMENT into a Fundamental Program
• Families who are currently enrolled into a fundamental middle school are entitled to a feeder
priority preference, but all families are required to apply and must select their desired
fundamental high school programs as their first choice to receive this priority. Families must
also log on the Student Reservation System (SRS) and accept a seat during the acceptance
period.
• The second priority is sibling preference
• Third priority is professional courtesy for OFHS faculty and staff members
• A new proximity priority preference will be applied which will set aside a percentage of up to
one-fourth of the remaining openings for students living closest to the magnet/fundamental
program.
• Remaining seats are filled in random number order within each application rank.
** This process will be applied to all grade levels.
