APPLICATION FORM
Please read the whole form before you start writing.
You will need to discuss your application with your manager (should you have one) and both of you will be required
to answer specific questions. If you do not have a manager, just fill in the questions marked “FOR YOU to answer”.
The application process is designed to achieve a number of objectives

It is a method by which we can assess your eligibility for the programme

It encourages you to reflect on your work, your career and your development.
The application form is the beginning of your learning on the programme

It asks you and your manager to consider how you will apply the learning to your work.
This is how you will embed your learning and make the most of this development opportunity

Catering
Tea, coffee and water are provided throughout session days. Lunch is also provided – we are more than happy to
cater for specific diets. Please let us know if you have any specific dietary requirements.

Having an understanding of your own motivation is an important starting point for your learning. It will enable you
to get what you need out of the programme quicker.
So in answering the question “Why?” consider what are your professional ambitions are and, also, what challenges

PRICING
Programme cost: (includes all materials, lunch and refreshments)
£3,000 + VAT
Qualification:
Participants may choose to take a Diploma in Management.
This Level 5 Diploma qualification is competence-based. This means that it is linked to a person’s ability to
competently perform a range of tasks connected with their work.
Attendance on the programme provides the knowledge element of the qualification as accredited learning.
Assessment is by production of a professional portfolio which comprises of a number units matched to the National
Occupational Standards (NOS).
