To Whom It May Concern,
Saint Richard Church Youth Ministry will be making its annual
Appalachian Experience mission trip this June. Although the students do
fundraise, much of our budget is dependent on local community support for this
endeavor. The support given is used to buy the building materials as well as
tools needed for the work to be accomplished on this trip. As an example, in
years past we have assisted families recovering from flood damage and
economic hardship. Students worked to replace insulation, siding, and a septic
tank, all of which were ruined by flood wash. Your contribution would help to buy
necessary materials for a situation such as this. We are once again, faithfully
asking that you support our local youth by this show of generosity. Please make
