XYZ Elementary Sample (Connecting SINA Desired State, KASAB, Evaluation Goals, and Data Tools) Summative Goal: Non-proficient students will grow by more than a year for each grade level (grades 3-5) on the reading sub-test as measured by the Iowa Assessment for the 2013-2014 school year in XYZ Elementary School. Desired State (Prioritized Areas) A school-wide positive behavior intervention system will be in place and used consistently to improve classroom climate and student learning. (PBIS) KASAB Students will understand and demonstrate the XYZ behavioral expectations, will monitor and self-assess their progress and will communicate progress to their parents. Teachers understand, implement and communicate to all students and parents behavior expectations. Parents will understand and actively support the XYZ behavioral expectations for their child(ren).
