SPECIAL ENDOWMENT (FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE)
This endowment “ Kandakatharayil Ramadeviamma
Endowment” has been instituted in the name of our beloved
mother who has been under psychiatric treatment for a
prolonged duration. Thus this endowment is meant for helping
the patients undergoing treatment for similar ailment. Patients
or their relatives may apply for the endowment by registering
themselves free of cost. Selected recipients will be declared
and the money distributed on the annual puja day of “
Kadakkathara Kavu” which falls in the month of Kumbha.
Subject to availability of funds, the recipient of a particular
year may be considered for further support during the
following years. The application may be filled online using the
link below.
Guidelines for Filling the Form:-
•Please keep all the details with you before filling the application, as incomplete application are
liable to be discarded.
•All the documents and photographs are to be scanned and uploaded in pdf/ jpeg format.
•Once the Submit application is clicked, the data will automatically reach the authorities at
kadakatharayi@gmail.com and a confirmation e-mail will be send to your e-mail id.
•A Visiting card will be send to your Postal Address, once the application has been accepted.
Please note that if the visiting card has not been received, the application has not been accepted.

•All details regarding the details of endowments such as Place/ Date/ Time of distribution and the
contact details will be given.
•Patient along with the applying relative are to be available for receiving the endowment.
•The decision for accepting an application and distribution of endowment rests solely with the
temple committee.
•The Staff of the temple may in person or otherwise will check the credentials of the patient and
the application.
