 Interim report cards used to generate 8000 sheets of
paper per reporting period – now none!

Passwords! Should not continue with current
strategy:
 Get all existing accounts to ensure that they have
changed their password (3 month leeway maybe).
 We will (one time) remove all IDs that have not and
then regenerate IDs and random passwords
 Use STU.994 to produce letters for all the new IDs
 Process in place on new adds to provide ID to parent
