• Pay attention to the application deadlines of
different institutions which may be different from
the deadline of E-Apps.
• VTC: the application period is 1 Dec 2011 – 29
Feb 2012
• You may choose to apply through E-Apps or
directly to the institutions concerned.
• You may apply for different institutions at
different time.
• For any institution, students can only apply once.
Reminders
• Within 4 days from the release of public
examination results, successful applicants will be
notified.
• Applicants may have more than 1 offer but you are
encouraged to take only 1 offer.
• If applicants accept the offer, they have to pay a
deposit of $5000.
• Applicants will be refunded of $4800 if they are
given a place through the eight institutions funded
by the University Grants Committee (UGC)
