James T. Graves Experience James Graves is an attorney in the Environment, Land Use and Natural Resources group. James’ practice focuses on litigation and regulatory compliance under a variety of federal and state environmental laws including the Endangered Species Act, Marine Mammal Protection Act, Magnuson-Stevens Act, Clean Water Act, National Environmental Policy Act, and Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act. Prior to joining the firm, James was a summer associate with Stoel Rives LLP and a law clerk at the U.S. Department of the Interior, Office of the Regional Solicitor in Portland, Oregon in 2012.
