Experience
Michael Menssen is an associate in the firm’s Litigation and Employment Law practice
groups. He has experience in a wide variety of litigation matters, including class
actions, breach of contract, fraud, appeals, securities litigation, business torts, white
collar, trade secrets, and professional negligence.
Michael also has experience in a full range of labor and employment cases, including
wage and hour, discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and unfair
labor practices. In addition, he regularly advises employers on federal and state wage
and hour laws, disability and accommodation issues, employee handbooks,
occupational safety, family and medical leave requirements, vacation and sick pay,
arbitration agreements, non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, labor and
