William J. Goodling Experience Will Goodling is an associate in the Corporate group and focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, securities law compliance, entity formation and corporate governance. Before joining the firm as an attorney, Will served as a law clerk to the Honorable Debra L. Stephens of the Washington Supreme Court (2014-2015). He has also been a summer associate at Stoel Rives LLP, a summer associate at Dunn Carney Allen Higgins & Tongue LLP, an extern for the Honorable Robert S. Lasnik of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, and an extern at the Federal Trade Commission.
