Emily E. Stubbs Experience Emily Stubbs is an attorney practicing in the Litigation group and the Employment Law group. She represents clients in state and federal courts in matters relating to discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, worker's compensation, employment at will, and wage and hour matters. She also represents businesses and individuals in a variety of civil and commercial disputes, and counsels clients on complex commercial litigation matters, including commercial contracts, business torts, real estate, and intellectual property.
