Caroline J. Livett Experience Caroline Livett’s practice focuses on all aspects of labor and employment law including both advice and litigation. Her litigation experience includes multiple jury trials in both state and federal court and appellate arguments before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Prior to joining Stoel Rives, Caroline was a trial attorney with Federal Defenders of San Diego, Inc. (2012-2015) and with the Fresno County Public Defender’s Office (2012), and a law clerk with the Federal Public Defender for the District of Oregon (2009-2011).
