Group agreed that as long as they have signed confidentiality agreements it should be fine. 4. Rollout of reportsCore team had discussed how it would be better at first to have any developed reports run through the core team before publishing out as everyone is new to the data warehouse data and we want to ensure the data is being interpreted correctly. Suggestion was made that the data dictionary should be provided to help alleviate some confusion but also that perhaps a description of what the report is covering should be included with the report. Core team will need to come up with a process. IV. Adjournment Mae adjourned the meeting at approximately 4:00 pm.
