the project schedule to everyone so they can see all the details and
resources.
2. Licenses discussion
Summary:
a) 69 existing consumer licenses would suffice for now. The list of
consumers would need to be clarified by Eva and Meena and
provided back to Mae so we can keep track of the licenses used.
b) 3 professional authors licenses (Brent, Janice, Dave M.)- add 3
Analysis studio ($1038)
c) Add 1 administrator license (Andy)- ($5400)
d) 8 Business authors (Eva(Q,R,A), Daniel(Q,R,A), Norlyn(Q,R,A)
Nancy(Q,R,A), Wendi(Q,R), Mark(Q,R), Diane C.(Q,R), Jane
B.(Q,R)- add 8 Report studios ($2768) and 4 Analysis studio
($1384)

3. Security
The question was asked whether it was acceptable that any business
analyst who currently had access to portions of student data now have
access to all student data. Group agreed that as long as they have
signed confidentiality agreements it should be fine.
4. Rollout of reportsCore team had discussed how it would be better at first to have any
developed reports run through the core team before publishing out as
everyone is new to the data warehouse data and we want to ensure
the data is being interpreted correctly. Suggestion was made that the
data dictionary should be provided to help alleviate some confusion but
also that perhaps a description of what the report is covering should be
included with the report. Core team will need to come up with a
process.
IV.
