Be it hereby proposed that the following be enacted:
I.
That the Student Association Bylaws be amended to read:
300.5.2 – Can be subject to removal by the President and or by a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the
Student Association Senate in the form of a bill.
II.
That this bill goes into effect immediately upon passage in accordance with the Student
Association Constitution.
