Outcome 2 Scan the image. Evidence requirements 2.1 Programme functions are selected to meet job requirements. 2.2 Scan of image is completed as specified in software operating manual. 2.3 Image is saved in accordance with company policies. Evidence requirements 3.1 Vectorising is completed using functions as specified in operating manual. 3.2 Clean-up of images is accomplished using programme function specified in operating manual. 3.3 Designs are produced using input and output devices specified in operating manual. 3.4 Back up copies of data are saved in accordance with operating manual specifications and company policy.
