Evidence requirements 1.1 Consignments are identified and confirmed as correctly prepared for loading. Range 1.2 consignment documentation, free from damage. Containers are checked to ensure they are free from contamination and damage. Range rust, water, foreign matter, odours, pests, container damage. 1.4 Refrigerated containers are checked to ensure they are at the correct temperature for the goods being transported. 1.5 Materials to prevent product damage are checked to ensure they are available in correct quantity for consignment loading. Range packing materials, protective linings. 1.6 Personnel are advised of duties and equipment for loading is prepared according to organisational requirements. 1.7 Ramps are positioned and fastened to the container to facilitate entry and egress. Outcome 2 Load containers with goods and ready for dispatch. Evidence requirements 2.1 Consignment is loaded in accordance with organisational requirements. Range 2.2 2.3 quantity, volumes, weights, packing sequence, dimensions. This unit standard is Freight container is maintained at correct temperature for consignment being expiring loaded. Loaded goods are checked to ensure that they are secure and free from damage. 2.4 Records and documentation required for consignment of goods are actioned in accordance with organisational requirements. 2.5 Loaded containers are checked to ensure that they are sealed, secure, and readied for transportation. 2.6 Loading of containers complies with organisational requirements.
