Explanatory notes
1
Organisational requirements include instructions to staff on policy and procedures
which are documented in memo and/or manual format and are available in the
workplace. These requirements include but are not limited to – site specific
requirements, company quality management requirements, and legislative
requirements.

Legislative requirements in this unit standard include but are not limited to
compliance with the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992, Health and Safety in
Employment Regulations 1995, Animal Products (Dairy) Regulations 2005; and Food
(Safety) Regulations 2002 and subsequent amendments.

temperature for the goods being transported.

in correct quantity for consignment loading.

according to organisational requirements.

Ramps are positioned and fastened to the container to facilitate entry and
