for printing services for of series of manuals
Background of the assignment
The general objectives of the regional project Technical Assistance for Civil Society
Organizations (TACSO) are to strengthen the overall capacities and accountability of Civil
Society Organizations (CSOs) within the IPA beneficiaries (Western Balkan and Turkey), to
guarantee the quality of services of CSOs and create a sustainable role for the CSOs in the
democratic process. The main purpose of the project is to:


Increase and improve the capacity and actions of CSOs and to
Improve the democratic role of CSOs.
An important activity under this heading is the communication component, which also aims
towards capacity development of CSO in public relations and communications. These
activities will promote the project among CSOs, the project’s direct beneficiaries.
As indicated in the TOR of the project, capacity building is important component of the
project and the production of the manuals is vital to further development of this component.
Scope of the assignment
Under the direct supervision and guidance of the Communication Office, and in
consultations with Team Leader, the consultant will undertake the following tasks:

Printing of five manuals;
Deliverables and timeframe
The Consultant will perform required duties in the period between June 1 and June 15, 2011.
