3rd Grade Newsletter
January 11th, 2016
Grade cards go home today. Please take a look at your child’s
and discuss it with them. Once you have reviewed it please sign
and return it to school.
We will be working on Fables this week! Students will work on
the elements of a fable and try to decide on what moral is being
taught within each.
Please be marking your calendar now for another DATA
NIGHT. This will take place on February 16th here at Austin
Tracy. More information will be coming home in the coming
weeks.
There won’t be any school next Monday, January 18th in honor
of Martin Luther King Junior Day.
Please remember that in case of bad weather there will be a one
call message sent out from the district. We have now been told
that the I Learn @ Home packets will be going out this Friday,
January 15th. Please place your child’s in a secure place and only
give them out as an I Learn @ Home day is declared via the one
call messages.
