STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT

Construction is underway for Brentwood Place Phase 2 Storm Drainage
Improvement Project. Work commenced at the downstream end of the project
in Revolution Park with the installation of a concrete box culvert along the east
side of the synthetic turf field and a concrete pipe along the west side of the
same field. Work has continued to progress into the Barringer Drive right-of-way.
Subsequent to the installation of storm drainage facilities within the park, the
contractor will reseed disturbed areas and repave the parking lot, as culvert and
pipe installation continues across Barringer Drive.
Partial and full road closures will be utilized to facilitate the construction of the
storm drainage facilities from Revolution Park to the north side of Barringer
Drive. Temporary construction traffic signage will be utilized to direct motorists
around the construction work zones. Detour signage will be provided during
full road closures and local access to homes will be available. There will be no
vehicular and pedestrian access across the culvert. Please plan on taking other
neighborhood streets for alternative access.
Construction start date for Phase I is yet to be determined.
