STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
Contractor bores 60” pipe at Camp
Greene Street and Greenland Avenue.
Dear Resident:
Construction continues on the Brentwood Place Phase I Storm
Drainage Improvement Project. The project team continues to work with
Norfolk Southern Railroad to determine the best solution for installation
of the two drainage pipes beneath the railroad. Once a solution has been
determined, work will commence within the railroad right-of-way.
Construction continues for Phase II. Sanitary sewer installation has
been completed near Bethel Road. The contractor is working to complete
the storm drainage improvements at Bethel Road. Water line and sanitary
sewer improvements along Camp Greene Street have been completed.
Storm drainage improvements are underway along Camp Greene Street,
between Wilkinson Boulevard and Greenland Avenue.
Partial and full road closures will be required for the installation of
storm drainage improvements along Camp Greene Street. Temporary
construction traffic signage will direct motorists around the construction
work zones. Detour signage will be provided during full road closures.
