UNDER CONSTRUCTION brentwood place STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT Contractor bores 60” pipe at Camp Greene Street and Greenland Avenue. Dear Resident: Construction continues on the Brentwood Place Phase I Storm Drainage Improvement Project. The project team continues to work with Norfolk Southern Railroad to determine the best solution for installation of the two drainage pipes beneath the railroad. Once a solution has been determined, work will commence within the railroad right-of-way. Construction continues for Phase II. Sanitary sewer installation has been completed near Bethel Road. The contractor is working to complete the storm drainage improvements at Bethel Road. Water line and sanitary sewer improvements along Camp Greene Street have been completed. Storm drainage improvements are underway along Camp Greene Street, between Wilkinson Boulevard and Greenland Avenue. Partial and full road closures will be required for the installation of storm drainage improvements along Camp Greene Street. Temporary construction traffic signage will direct motorists around the construction work zones. Detour signage will be provided during full road closures.
