UNDER CONSTRUCTION brentwood place STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT Contractor is ready to pour concrete for a drainage structure on Wilkinson Boulevard. Dear Resident: Construction continues on the Brentwood Place Phase I Storm Drainage Improvement Project. The project team continues to work with Norfolk Southern Railroad to determine the best solution for installation of the two drainage pipes beneath the railroad. Once a solution has been determined, work will commence within the railroad right-of-way. Construction continues for Phase II. The West Boulevard culvert installation has been completed. Sanitary sewer installation continues near Bethel Road, and water line and sanitary sewer improvements associated with the storm drainage project are underway along Camp Greene Street, just north of Wilkinson Boulevard. Partial and full road closures will be required for the installation of storm drainage improvements along Camp Greene Street. Temporary construction traffic signage will direct motorists around the construction work zones. Detour signage will be provided during full road closures.
