Addendum #1 Dated March 18, 2016
This Addendum is hereby made a part of the contract documents and specifications of the above
referenced project. All other requirements of the original plans and specification shall remain in effect in
their respective order. Acknowledge receipt of this addendum by inserting its number and date on the
cover page of your proposal.
The following question were received and answered.
Q. May the proposal include 11x17 pages folded to 8.5 x 11 size (refer to paragraph 1 on page 6 of the
RFQ). If the 11x17 pages are permitted, will they count as one or two pages.
A. Paper size for proposals is limited to 8.5” x 11” per the RFQ.
Clarification:
Page 8, Section VIII, paragraph 1: Submittals must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. (EDT) on April 13,
2016. The original post issued on 3/11/16 stated May, 4, 2016. April 13, 2016 is the correct deadline
