This Addendum is hereby made a part of the contract documents and specifications of the above
referenced project. All other requirements of the original plans and specification shall remain in effect in
their respective order. Acknowledge receipt of this addendum by inserting its number and date on the
cover page of your proposal.
The following question was received and answered.
Q. DBE Participation: On page 15 of the sample contract attached to the subject RFQ, Article 17.2
Goal states, “The DBE Contract Goal is hereby established at ______ percent (??%) of the total
Agreement amount” (yellow highlights are in the document). Can you please clarify what the DBE
participation goal is for this project?
A. The DBE goal will be negotiated with the selected firm during project scoping.
