Outcomes
The “event” is no longer needed, nor is tabling, but more people on phones would
be beneficial; relocate staff to schools? 700 students were registered by the end of
the day. Send RS comments to Margery.
As you work on program plans or updates, keep assessing your outcomes. Not
necessary to assess them all, but assess at least one a year.
Michelle suggested an event in September to incentivize campus services, perhaps
piggy-backing the student welcome week event, with students getting a “passport”
stamped with rewards at the end. The date has been scheduled: Wednesday, Sept.
9 from 10-1 in the quad.
Results of the veterans’ survey were shared; 22 vets took the survey and answers
confirmed the need and use of the VIC services.
Conduct report stats were handed out showing the high increase of reports from
last year.
This document/policy will be revised over the summer. Please send suggestions and
feedback to Michelle. Time, Place, and Manner policy will also be revised in the fall.
