Cowboy Caviar Ingredients: 2 2 1 1/8 1 1 1 2/3 2/3 1½ Tbsp Tbsp clove tsp whole can can cup cup cups to taste to taste Red wine vinegar Olive oil Garlic, minced Black pepper Avocado, ripe, diced Black eye peas, drained Corn kernels Green onions, sliced Cilantro, fresh, chopped Tomatoes, fresh, chopped Salt Hot sauce, if desired Directions: Mix all ingredients well in mixing bowl, make a day ahead and marinate in refrigerator.
