HOMEMADE SALSA Tastier, fresher and healthier than the store bought version! Ingredients: 3 cups ½ cup ½ cup 1 cup ½ cup ¼ cup 4 tsp 1 cup 2 tbsp ½ tsp ½ tsp ½ tsp chopped tomatoes chopped red bell pepper chopped green bell pepper diced onions diced cucumber finely chopped cilantro chopped jalapeno peppers corn niblets fresh lime juice ground cumin black pepper sea salt Directions: Combine ingredients and stir well. Serve with toasted pita triangles. 1. Lay out each tortilla on a clean work surface 2. Place a slice of avocado on the tortilla. Using a fork, mash lightly and spread over tortilla. 3. Add turkey slices and drizzle with pureed cranberry sauce. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the turkey, then top with some lettuce. 4. Fold in sides and roll tortilla to make a wrap. 5. Cut in half and enjoy!
