Ingredients:
1 cup Bisquick
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/3 cup milk
2 Tbsp. of strawberry preserves
Directions:
______ Preheat the oven to 450◦
_____ Line a cookie sheet with tin foil and lightly grease.
_____ Cut in the Bisquick, butter, and sugar until crumbly. Do not add the milk
yet. (Have your crumbs approved by your teacher)
_____ Stir in the milk with a wooden spoon until dough forms: beat 15 strokes.
_____ Make 4 piles of dough on your tray.
_____ Make a shallow well in the center with the back of a spoon.
_____ Fill with ½ of the strawberry preserve.
_____ Bake 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
_____ Remove from the oven and drizzle with the glaze.
