Fish Tacos Ingredients: 1 ¼ 2 1 1 1 1 ½ ½ 4 3 1 2 1 4 cup tsp cans Tbsp cup cup tsp tsp tsp cloves Tbsp lb Tbsp tsp Nonfat sour cream Salt Chipotle chilies in adobo, minced Butter Onion, chopped Tomato, chopped Cumin, ground Cinnamon Salt Garlic, minced Cilantro, fresh, chopped Tilapia, fillets Lime juice, fresh squeezed Lime zest, fresh, grated Fat-free tortillas (heated) Directions: Mix the first three ingredients to make a sauce and set aside in a bowl. In a skillet, sauté for 5 minutes the next 8 ingredients (butter through cilantro). Add the fish, cover and cook 3 minutes or until opaque. Remove from heat and stir in lime juice and zest.
