FRUIT SMOOTHIE
A smoothie is a fun and delicious way to have your daily serving of fruit. A single
cup from this recipe is about two servings of fruit for the day.
Ingredients:
1 cup
½ cup
3 tbsp
3-4
fresh or frozen fruit
yogurt
honey
ice cubes (if using fresh fruit)
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth or until the desired
consistency is reached.
2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Make delicious turkey wraps with these simple ingredients and instructions!
Ingredients:

Package of Whole Wheat or Multi-Grain Tortillas.
Package Lean Turkey slices
Ripe Avocado
Low Fat Cheddar (Shredded)
Lettuce
Cranberry Sauce (Pureed)
Directions:
1.
Lay out each tortilla on a clean work surface
2.
Place a slice of avocado on the tortilla. Using a fork, mash lightly and spread over tortilla.
3.
Add turkey slices and drizzle with pureed cranberry sauce. Sprinkle shredded cheese over
the turkey, then top with some lettuce.
4.
Fold in sides and roll tortilla to make a wrap.
5.
Cut in half and enjoy!
