News From Mrs. Rowe and Mr. Miller
On Monday, student’s brought home a permission slip for our field trip to
COSI that will take place on December 16. Please have this and the $6
returned to school by Friday, December 11. If you have any questions, you
can contact your child’s homeroom teacher.

Reading & Writing Workshop
This week in reading workshop we dove deeper
into our work with comparing and contrasting
Math Workshop
This week in math we continued

Social Studies
This week in Social Studies we
started a unit learning about the
Mayans, Incas, and Aztecs. This will
continue into next week as well.
Word Study
We are wrapping up our unit on “tempor” and
“chron” meaning time. The test will be this
coming Monday. Review sheets went home
earlier this week.
