TTPD
A Texas Tech Officer detained a student for possession of drug paraphernalia,
which occurred in the R25 parking lot following a traffic stop. The student
was issued a Lubbock County citation for possession of drug paraphernalia,
which he signed, and was released. See offense report # 12-1983.
