TTPD
A Texas Tech Officer arrested a student for possession of marijuana,
following a traffic stop in 1700 block of Flint Avenue. A passenger student
was as arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. The students were
transported to the Lubbock County Jail. The vehicle was impounded by
Lubbock Wrecker Service. See offense report # 13-0689.
