A Texas Tech Officer investigated possession of drug paraphernalia, which
occurred in the 2400 block of 10th St. following a traffic stop. The student
was issued a Lubbock County citation for possession of drug paraphernalia,
which she signed, and was released. See offense report # 12-2128.
