TTPD
A Texas Tech Officer issued a student a Lubbock County citation for driving
under the influence of alcohol by a minor, which occurred in the 3000 block
of Main Street following a traffic stop. The student signed the citation and
was released. The vehicle was driven away by a passenger. See offense report
# 13-0992.
