TTPD
A Texas Tech Officer detained a student for possession of drug paraphernalia
and possession of alcohol by a minor following a traffic stop in the 2600 block
of 28th Street and released. Another student was issued a Lubbock County
Citation for possession of alcohol by a minor and released. See offense report
