A Texas Tech Officer arrested a student for possession of marijuana and an
instantered Lubbock County citation for possession of drug paraphernalia,
following a bicycle stop in the 2500 block of 17th Street. The student was
transported to the Lubbock County Jail. See offense report # 11-0900.
