Discussion of Project Quality This building is considered a very high profile project for Skagit Valley College not only due to its prominent location at the campus “front door” but also from its role in providing a modern student-focused high-technology learning environment. The quality of this facility anticipated by the college and defined in the contract documents was obtained through the contractor. Comments by students, faculty and campus visitors have been uniformly positive on the quality of the project. 2 Project Photographs View from Northeast View from Southwest 3 Nursing Lab Chemistry Lab 4
