Pre assessment The “Pre assessment” comprises a computer based online
test. Upon completion of the test, the site management
will receive performance analysis of the examinees.
This enables them to decide whether training activities
are necessary prior to the prosecution of the Certification
Program.
Computer based testing
The “Computer based testing” comprises an additional
computer based online test. The test contains questions
related to the requirements of the power plant.
Simulator based testing
The “Simulator based testing” comprises a practical test.
It is based on Siemens O&M Power Plant Simulators
(web connected if certification activities take place
on site). The experienced Siemens auditor tests how
the examinees handle normal as well as abnormal
power plant operation.
